Harvest Dates for 2022

Making reservations at one of only three USDA inspected Texas chicken plants is tough! Yes, we only have three.  That tells you something about the regulations.  Fortunately I'm a long time customer, so I get pre-notification that reservations are open.  That was last October!  My dates for 2022 are March 17, April 21, June 17, September 23, November 10, and December 15.  If you plan well ahead, you might mark your calendars too.
